LTAD Performance BridgeThe LTAD

Performance Bridge is a structured intermediate development program designed as a strategic pathway between club-level training and National cadre groups. It is exclusively intended for skaters aged 6 to 10 years, from JA1 to JA4 (Junior Academy) within affiliated clubs, who have been identified as having strong potential to progress toward National categories such as Preminimen, Minimen A, and Minimen B.This program supports athletes during a critical phase of early development, where fundamental skills must be consolidated while progressively introducing higher performance demands. Its core purpose is to bridge the gap between club-level participation and National standards by providing a coherent, high-quality training environment aligned with long-term athlete development principles.

-
Advanced fundamental and technical development: strengthen core skating skills while gradually introducing more complex elements appropriate for the age group.
-
Age-appropriate physical preparation: develop coordination, balance, agility, and basic strength in a safe and progressive manner.
-
Mental and behavioral foundations: encourage discipline, focus, enjoyment, and positive training habits.
-
Introduction to performance culture: build early awareness of good practices such as recovery, respect, and commitment.
