Trounwiessel (3–5 Oct 2025): Luxembourg’s historic change of throne

Trounwiessel marked the accession to the throne of HRH Prince Guillaume as Grand Duke of Luxembourg.Over a long weekend, the country celebrated the historic change of throne with official ceremonies and public festivities taking place across multiple cities. ULP, together with its officials and skaters, proudly joined this exceptional national celebration. The Luxembourg sports federations had been officially invited to take part in the programme, representing their disciplines within the national delegations. As part of the festivities, they participated in the themed ceremonial trams that travelled through the capital, showcasing the diversity and unity of Luxembourg’s sporting community.
